The Barcelona Card is a product of the Tourist Office, which can be purchased online and at various information points throughout the city.

Once you’ve made your purchase, you can grab your card at any of the following Barcelona Turisme offices once you arrive in Barcelona:
- At the airport, at the information desk at Terminals 1 and 2 (likely the most convenient for most).
- In the center of Barcelona, in Plaça Catalunya, Plaça Sant Jaume, Statue of Colombo and Plaça Espanya.
- At the Sagrada Familia.
